The RGV Dynamics Dance Competition is a premier dance event designed to provide performance and growth opportunities for dance studios and school dance teams across the Rio Grande Valley. Our mission is to create a professional platform where young dancers—from Pre-K 3 through 12th grade—can showcase their talent, gain competitive experience, and receive meaningful feedback from industry professionals.
RGV Dynamics proudly brings together the rich tradition of Mexican Folklórico and the high-energy world of Drill Team/Dance in one unified competition experience. We exist to celebrate culture, artistry, and teamwork
while producing inclusive, high-quality events that inspire students, support directors, and
strengthen the performing arts throughout our region.

These events will operate under an adjudication format for all team and ensemble performances. Competitive placements will be awarded exclusively for Solo, Duet, and Trio divisions. Additionally, one Middle School
and one High School “Dynamics Champion” award will be presented, based solely on the
highest overall dance score of the entire competition.
